Lisa Dion is the Founder of Strategic Advisor Solutions. She has spent over 25 years’ working in the Independent Financial Advisor channel providing practice management and business development solutions. Strategic Advisor Solutions was founded with a focus on helping Financial Planning Firms run a strong business, structure for growth and transform their business culture. Her clients have experienced exponential growth, increased profitability, team alignment, and time freedom.
Alongside her coaching, Lisa was an EOS Implementer from 2017 through 2020. Following that she integrated these concepts into a broader industry specific focused program to support the CEO Financial Advisor™ and their leadership teams. This is the work she is currently performing.
Over the span of her career Lisa has worked to provide comprehensive strategic support to create solutions which align with company objectives. She coaches businesses on breaking through barrier’s while helping them manage their practices more efficiently.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and had acquired the Series 7, 24, 51, and 63.
