Lisa Dion is the Founder of Strategic Advisor Solutions, where she serves as a business strategist and advisor to independent financial advisory firms. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she works alongside CEOs and leadership teams to help them navigate growth, strengthen their organizations, and build businesses that can thrive.

Lisa’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, people and execution. She helps firms clarify organizational structure and accountability, develop next-generation leaders, build strong operating practices, and turn growth priorities into measurable results.

Throughout her career, Lisa has advised financial advisory firms of varying sizes and stages of growth, including firms managing more than $1 billion in assets. She helps CEOs and leadership teams navigate increasing complexity, strengthen their business models, and build organizations positioned for continued growth.

Since founding Strategic Advisor Solutions in 2017, Lisa has helped firms break through growth barriers, improve profitability, align their teams, and create greater capacity and time freedom. She also served as an EOS Implementer from 2017–2020 and continues to combine proven operating principles with her deep knowledge of the independent financial advisory industry.

Earlier in her career, Lisa held business development roles with broker-dealers, served on regional and national advisory boards, and advocated on behalf of financial advisors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and has held Series 7, 24, 51 and 63 licenses.
